Phnom Penh Center was, until a few years ago, the most popular and practical office building in the city, and for obvious reasons

• centrally located near the Independence Monument
• affordable rent
• huge parking area
• restaurants of any kind all around

This 6 story building is nestled in the premises of what used to be a university campus. The central part of the buildings is still used as an academic facilities (Build Bright University - BBU). Entrance A and F are used as serviced offices.
The main interior features (bathrooms, stairs) are very old fashioned reminding of the times when the building was a university. The exterior is in a fair condition and the surrounding premises are not well kept. However, this building offers the largest parking area in the whole city.
