Intercontinental Hotel has a separate serviced office complex called Regency Complex. It is comprised of two buildings. The 4 story building is divided between Maersk International and Thai Airlines, whereas each tenant occupies two floors. The other Regency building is divided between minor tenants mostly airline companies and representative units of international companies.
